4. Incase the PIN Code is not serviceable, a representative from Crazy inches will be calling you to co-ordinate the Delivery at an alternate location

5. Estimated Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time for your order will depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Generally, orders are delivered within 5 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.

8. Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your order to the provided shipping address. In case of unsuccessful delivery attempts, the courier may leave a delivery notification or contact you directly to reschedule delivery.

9. Delivery Address: Please ensure that you provide correct PIN Code, e-mail ID and Mobile Phone number. You will be receiving notifications for your order on these.

10. We will not be responsible for any delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

11. Delivery Exceptions: While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, public holidays, or logistics issues may cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
